ABOUT DL CONSULTING
Technology is only as good as the business problem it solves.
Founded on a simple idea.
DL Consulting was founded on a simple idea:
meaningful transformation starts with understanding the business,
not choosing the technology.
We help companies determine where change can create real value,
build the business case for making it, and find the right path forward,
whether that means changing a process, buying an existing solution
or building something new.
DANIEL LAWRENCE
An operator first. A technologist because the work demanded it.
Daniel Lawrence has spent more than two decades working inside complex businesses, with a career spanning logistics, operations, strategic development, business process, technology and product leadership.
His path into technology came through the business itself: understanding how work gets done, where it breaks down, what customers value and what it takes to make change work in the real world.
Over the course of his career, Daniel has led business and technology initiatives across global mobility, logistics and the art market, with responsibility not just for the recommendation, but for the systems, teams, implementation and results.
That experience is the foundation of DL Consulting.

THE PRINCIPLE
Start with the business. Use technology where it earns its place.
Every investment should have a reason to exist. We start with the problem, determine what improving it could be worth, and recommend technology only when it is the right way to create that value.
HOW WE THINK
START WITH THE BUSINESS CASE
Bring us a material business problem.
We'll define what's driving it, establish the business case, and recommend the right next move.
